Quality and delivery

Auriga Medical draws on over 50 years of experience in the design, manufacture and delivery of sealed radiation sources, and on over 15 years in the production and delivery of yttrium-90 chloride solution for clinical use in radioimmunotherapy applications. We work in partnership with developers of radiation therapy products and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to create unique products that are valuable in the treatment of cancer and other diseases.

Quality assurance in nuclear medicine and radiation therapy is a key focus for our product development efforts. We are a founding member of the NEI measurement assurance program, and have developed close collaborations with the U.S. National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) and the National Physics Laboratory of Germany (PTB). All of our calibrated therapy products are tested for accuracy with radiation measurement instruments that are directly traceable to these national laboratories. We also offer our customers specialized radiation calibration products, such as our new Y-90 calibration source, which was developed by our colleagues in the Isotrak business of QSA Global.

Our established network for delivery of radioactive products is second to none. We can assure delivery of most of our products, including Y-90 chloride, within two business days in the U.S. and Europe. Our manufacturing site in Braunschweig, Germany delivers directly to Europe, Asia, and the rest of the world. In addition, we have established a Y-90 chloride distribution center at our facility in Burlington, MA that maintains a stock of this important therapeutic isotope for rapid delivery to radiopharmacies anywhere in the U.S.
